Is there a minimum order?

 We do have a minimum order of $150 or 25 people.

How far in advance do I need to reserve my date?

For weddings, it’s a good idea to reserve your date 2-3 months out. Remember, summer weekends and all dates in December tend to fill up quickly

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% estimated deposit and signed agreement must be received to reserve your date. The full amount of the deposit will be credited against the total charges for the catering service.

Can I cancel? Is my deposit refundable?  

All deposits and prepayments are returned in full if your event is cancelled by you in writing at least fourteen (14) days before your scheduled event. All deposits and prepayments are non- refundable for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event.

Does the price include tax and additional fees?  

Our quotes and contracts have everything itemized so you see the subtotal and tax. Food, beverages and other services provided by Avanti Catering will be subject to 5% Wyoming sales tax, along with an 8% service fee for delivery, staffing, set up, clean up and administration expenses related to your event.

Can I design my own menu?  

Absolutely! Working with us, you can customize your menu to fit all of your needs

How much time do I need to give the caterer to set up?  

Please allow approximately 2 hours for us to set up. This time is not guaranteed; rather it is an average arrival time. Please plan accordingly with your venue so that we have access to the facility approximately two hours prior to your serving time.

When is my final payment due?  

Payment in full is due upon or before delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
